We started preschool this week! Although Alex is only there for two hours, he still felt the need to bring his back pack and take a picture before school with it :)
When I dropped him off he went right into the room, no big deal. But when I left there were a whole bunch of moms crying in the hall...I guess this is way harder on the parents because I didn't see any kids crying :)He came home singing booger songs, so it looks like he found the fun friends...oh my. Then, this Saturday we went to a parade in Arvada. We got SOOOO much candy that we actually needed another bag besides my purse to put it all in. It was like Halloween!

That's great that Alex likes preschool. When they'll walk in the door and not look back you know they're ready to be there. I know when Kate's turn comes I won't be one of the moms crying the the hallway. Only one year to go! :)
And I'm jealous of your mountain of free candy. I have the worst sweet tooth, so I can't wait for Halloween!
crying IN the hallway...not crying THE the hallway. Oops!
Kendra, I found your blog through a mutual friend's and wanted to say hi. You used to be in my BYU married ward oh so long ago. Good times. Anyway, it's great to see your family is doing so well!
Lydia is huge! Hope you are doing well. One more semester then internships. I am almost done. Can't wait!
Wow, he's so big! So you weren't one of the crying moms huh? lol!
Kendra that's hilarious what you said about the friends Alex found. That's funny. I'm glad that he's going right in and enjoys it though, that's nice.
It looks like you guys had fun at the parade too. We love it!
Cute family! They grow up so fast, huh?
It's so great to be able to see what is going on with you! I found your blog through Chelsea's. I love being able to reconnect with the Campus Plaza/freshman Y group! Email me so I can invite you into my blog.

Wow! He looks so grown up. Our first children aren't our babies anymore. It is crazy how time flies. Sorry to hear about Lydia waking up so early and not sleeping. I bet the day was even tougher when she was tired. I hope your test went well.
